When industrial equipment breaks or goes malfunction, the resulting problem often is not the cost of replacing that equipment but the forced downtime. Imagine a production line standing still may mean thousands of ringgit lost every minute. Poseidon is software that could predict that some part of the machine is about to fail and could even tell user which part needed to be replaced.

It employs arrays of structural sensors such as accelerometers, strain gauges and tiltmeter will complement machine and structures, thus allowing real-time extraction of critical information for various analysis and predictive engineering activities. With Poseidon, we are also able to determine end-of-life condition of platform for continued service.
